Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. The exact options shown at checkout depend on your device and browser.

Currency

All prices on this store are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).

When you are charged

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We do not store your card details at any point.

Payment security

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments and is encrypted end to end. Your card number is handled by the payment provider and is never visible to us.

If a payment fails

A declined payment is almost always something on the bank's side, such as an address mismatch or a fraud check. Confirm that the billing address you entered matches the one your bank holds, then try again. If it keeps failing, contact your bank first, and email us at support@zyloshome.com if you are still stuck.

Sales tax

Where sales tax applies, it is calculated and added at checkout before you pay, so the total you confirm is the total you are charged.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. See our refund policy for how and when.
